Small Group Sessions

Small group sessions are where most people start. Each class runs up to 6 trainees at a time. Small enough for individualized attention, large enough that you get the community feel. Every rep is watched, every workout is tailored to you and your goals. Group sessions run an hour long, 2-4 days a week.

Small group sessions are coordinated as monthly memberships. You chose the number of times you want to train a week, we'll coordinate your schedule to get you set into a class so you can get training.

  • 2x/week: $275/month
  • 3x/week: $365/month
  • 4x/week: $405/month

1-on-1 Coaching

For those who want full attention, need a form check, or have schedules that don't fit group sessions.

$150/hour

Online Coaching

For those who already have access to a gym but can’t get coaching in person. Ideal for home gym goers. You get video review and feedback on your lifts, with programming adjustments to keep you making progress.

$250/month

Open Gym

We keep the gym focused on coaching, but offer limited open gym memberships and drop in packages. If you want access to quality equipment in a more focused space, this is for you.
