  • I’ve been working with Jeff, in-person, for about 1.5 years, and looking to move that to online coaching now that I’ve relocated. Despite the variety of issues I have due to prior injury and lifestyle I’ve made exceptionally good progress on all my major lifts. My squat is nearing 500, my overhead press is at bodyweight, and the bench and deadlift are not far behind. I’ve put on over 20lbs of muscle in that time period.

    As a coach Jeff deeply cares about the “why” behind something may or may not work, and is always trying to improve.   • I’ve been working with Jeff as my online coach for the past 3.5 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. Starting out, I had no idea how much progress I’d make in such a short time, but Jeff’s coaching has taken me to a whole new level. All four of my main lifts—squat, overhead press, bench press, and deadlift—are progressing each week and hitting new PRs. My squat has now doubled and is at 3 plates, my overhead press is close to 90% of my body weight, and my bench and deadlift continue to climb steadily. I’m more excited than ever to see how much more weight we can add in the coming months!

    Beyond just programming, Jeff’s approach has helped me navigate every obstacle. Whether it’s managing fatigue, cramps, hip flexor pain, or other challenges, he carefully adjusts my program to keep me progressing without overloading my body. I’ve been able to keep adding weight and improving my form thanks to his skillful, individualized approach.

    Jeff’s coaching is truly exceptional, and his standards are in a league of their own. Compared to what I’ve seen in my gym, with friends, and across other coaching setups, Jeff’s level of expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to his lifters really stands out. Even though we’re working online, he tailors the program specifically to my needs, carefully adjusts my form, and finds ways to push me that keep me progressing each week.

    Jeff has also given me a new passion for lifting. His guidance and encouragement have made training something I genuinely look forward to, and I now feel more confident and motivated than ever to keep pushing my limits.   • I would not be lifting if it were not for Jeff. He was present when I showed up with my teenage son who was looking to start lifting. After talking with him, I realized it would be something that would work out well for me, and next thing you know all three of us in the family were lifting. Jeff has coached us all. We are three very different lifters with three very different sets of needs. For me, I am middle aged, I'd never done this before, and I really needed someone who could work with me. I've made incredible progress and have never been this strong before in my life. He's really been an amazing coach!
